What is BuyerLink?
BuyerLink sends consumers directly to your real estate website to view MLS listings. You can dramatically grow your business using the investment you've already made in creating your website.
How is BuyerLink able to find these buyers?
Our partner company is one of the largest consumer real estate portals, driving over 3MM unique visitors to our site each month. Their expertise is in finding consumers on the Internet who are interested in buying or selling a home. We drive qualified buyers to our website through partnerships with major search engines and real estate sites, such as Google, Yahoo!, CNN, FoxNews, to name a few.
How is this different than going directly to Overture or Google to buy visitors to my website?
HomeGain runs thousands of keywords through sites like Overture and Google. We have a team of experts who ensure we remain in the top results even as these companies change their algorithms used to rank search results. Agents benefit from our partner's management of these partnerships letting the agent focus on what they do best - real estate. Furthermore, in most cases, the consumer is required to narrow their search to your specific area before they are sent to your site resulting in more qualified visitors to you. Also note that search engines only represent a portion of BuyerLink's sources of consumers - as a BuyerLink agent you benefit from all of our partner's partnerships.
How do these buyers get to my website?
In most cases, consumers begin their search on our partner's national page. They then narrow their search by state, region and city. You are offered the opportunity to represent one or more cities. When the consumer visitors on their city of interest, they are directed to the agent's MLS search page.
How do I choose my territory?
Territories will be made up of a selection of one or more cities. Email us at sburton@z57.com with the list of cities you are interested in servicing. A sales representative will contact you regarding availability and pricing. Be sure to include your personal website address in your email so that we can ensure it complies with the program requirements stated above.
How is the program priced?
There is no referral fee or monthly subscription fee. Instead, you are charged for visitors directed to your site on a cost-per-visitor basis. For example, if your signup for "Columbus, OH", then each time a visitor at BuyerLink visits the city name "Columbus", you are charged the 'per visitor' rate for your market. Can I limit the number of visitors I receive to my website?
Yes, you will be able to do this in order to participate in BuyerLink while staying within your marketing budget. Please contact me to find out how.
What volume of visitors should I expect?
Volume varies depending on factors such as the area chosen, the number of areas chosen and real estate industry seasonality. Please contact me at sburton@z57.com for more information regarding your area of interest.
How does the tracking work?
Your MCC details the number of visitors HomeGain has delivered to your website throughout your membership. We will counts the raw number of visitors, not unique visitors, sent to the web address agreed upon in your contract. This is usually your MLS search page or conversion page and not your homepage.
What about billing?
Z57 will bill you at the beginning of each month for visitors delivered during the prior month. Visitors are totaled and your credit card is charged the appropriate amount.
How long am I locked into this program?
Z57 requires a 60 day minimum commitment. Any cancellations, thereafter, will become effective at the end of the current month if written notice is received by the 15th of that month.
